MILITANT MISS moved from just off the pace to attain command in the early stretch and steadily drew clear under mild urging. WAITED was a trailer after three-sixteenths of a mile and closed with a rush. QUICK IMP raced SHARP MARK into defeat to attain a clear lead on the turn, but was unable to retain the advantage. M ARGOT MISS could not keep pace after racing forwardly placed. ROYAL BEACON unseated her rider prior to the start. SHARP MARK displayed good speed, but gave way while drifting out badly on the turn. CROSS BONES broke tardily and, after attaining prominence, lacked further response through the stretch. SOLID TRICK rallied insufficiently. HANDY MAN loomed a threat and weakened. SUN BUD attained a clear early lead and quit. STRIDE AWAY failed to threaten, as did JOFIELD. VOJEAN retired early. ABRACADABRA raced forwardly and was crowded when ETERNAL SIR moved over leaving the backstretch FAR ECHO was outrun, as was FIRST ENDEAVOR.
