Dave Womeldorff Taking Over Training of Denemark Stable CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, Ky., May 4. — Glen Gorbet, who looked after the Emil Denemark thoroughbreds until May 1, turned the Illinois -owned unit over to Dave Womeldorff and he will go to Chicago this week to take over the conditioning of the horses he plans to campaign under the silks of his father, Sam Gorbet. Gorbet filled in temporarily for Denemark after the untimely passing of former trainer Robert McGarvey and regrets that it was necessary for him to give up the post.
