I . 1 i I t t t r Ohio Auditor States Five More Tracks Given Dates Illegally COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 4. — James A. Rhodes, Ohios state auditor, says the State Racing Commission has illegally granted dates to five more running race tracks under the boards jurisdiction. Rhodes declares that the five tracks failed to file with the commission accurate financial statements of their net worth. The five tracks are Beulah Park, River Downs, Randall Park, Hamilton and Thistle Down. Earlier, Rhodes had charged that the commission had illegally granted dates to Fort Miami. O. C. Belt, chairman of the commission, has indicated the board does not plan to I rescind the licenses granted the seven tracks, two of which — Ascot and Fort Miami — are now in operation. Another, Beulah Park, will open May 9.
