: Seven-Horse Field Goes In Ascot Park Offering Rehearser May Be Choice Off His Second First Out at Meet ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Palls, Ohio, May 4.— The Emeryville Purse at four and a half furlongs headlines tomorrows eight-race card here at Ascot Park. This incidentally will be the final day that only eight races are run for starting on Wednesday nine events will be carded daily. The Emeryville shapes up as a well-matched affair with seven horses slated to face starter Eddie Anthony. The following have been named overnight, S. A. Coopers Abbe Fun; J. Bach-rachs Rehearser; Iva Mae Parrishs Judy R.; Gordon Pearces Sydney H.; R. C. Howards He Wolf; J. G. Browns Sassy Susan, and Old Limber owned by Spinelli and Weisend. Old Limber, a winner at Sunshine Park and Abbe Fun, who just shipped here this morning, will be making their first starts of the meeting, the others have all started but have not been able to hit pay dirt as yet. Rehearser, who was second in his only local start, would appear to have a slight edge in here. He was only beaten by Gay Purchase by a neck and was closing very well in the final furlong. At Lincoln Downs in four starts he was in the money twice and against some pretty rough horses. His best race at the Rhode Island plant was a second to Third Division. The latter is now running at Chicagos Sportsmans Park and has been a winner there.
