Two Stakes Close Tomorrow SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston. Mass., May 4. — Nominations close Wednesday for two Suffolk Downs stakes events. The Constitution, which goes next Saturday and has been increased in value to 0,000, is open through Wednesday. It will be contested at a mile and sixteenth for three-year-olds exclusively. Also on Wednesday, the nominations close for the 0,000 added Governors Handicap, another three-year-old stake which will be over six furlongs, to be held May 16.
