BRAVE BIM gained a forward position soon after the start, moved into command when roused and maintained advantage under intermittent urging SILENT MIRTH rushed boldly on the final turn to engage the leaders, but was not good enough. OUTLAND closed a big gap down the backstretch, engaged the leaders entering the stretch and faltered. FOURTH JACK was unable to menace. SAILING HOME, forwardly placed for six furlongs, flattened out.
