Set June 16 for Balloting On Proposed Arkansas Track FORREST CITY, Ark., May 20.— The St. Francis County election commission has set June 16 as the date for a vote on establishment of a horse race track in the county. The action came after petitions calling for such an election were certified by County Clerk Annie Campbell. The petitions were filed by the St. Francis Valley Turf Asspciation headed by Robert J. Boileau. The Anti-Race Track League dropped its demand to examine the signatures on the petition, paving the way for the election.
