Member of Racing Family FAIRMOUNT PARK, Collinsville, HI., May 20.— Ralph W. Choisser, newly appointed state steward, comes from a veteran thoroughbred racing family. Choissers father, the late Ha Choisser, raced horses for 25 years at tracks throughout the country. Choissers brother, Joe, is now handling the training of the John Stelle stable, now racing at Hawthorne in Chicago.
