Stewards Rulings GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J„ May 20. — Apprentice jockey Charles OBrien was fined 00 in a ruling issued by the stewards here to* day, "for using his whip after the finish of the fifth race on May 19." BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 20. — The stewards today issued a 10-day suspension to jockey J. Benitez, to run from May 26 to June 5, for rough riding in the third race, May 19. Ben-- itez started a five-day suspension, Wednesday, May 20. The stewards also fined owner-trainer H. Y. Courtney 5 for misuse of the badge privileges.
