CLINT McCRAY disposed of BARBOURSVILLE when called upon and gradually drew clear when fully extended. WALTER A YOKEL displayed good speed from the beginning and closed with good courage in a sharp effort. BARBOURSVILLE, away alertly, held sway until inside the stretch before faltering. C0NFUCI0US raced evenly through the late stages without mishap. ROBERT U JEAN lacked the necessary rally. SAM PARK failed to stay after possessing early speed. HI-ROCK passed tiring horses. CATALYST was outrun, as was ACONITE. PINE TOP moved up menacingly nearing the furlong marker, then weakned. REPLYS IMAGE was through early. DELIBERATE quit. MISTER KAW and ELIHO never were dangerous. VOCABULARY, a sharp factor from the start, drifted out slightly on the upper turn, came out for the drive, but was unable to seriously endanger the winner. BEIRUT failed to respond when set down for the ultimate test. FLYING MANE was unable to obtain the lead and tired. BENHADAR was badly outrun early, as usual. WITHOUT FEAR never threatened. EXTRA POINTS fenced well though sluggish during the early running, responded to stern punishment nearing the final jump and after taking command steadily drew out. MONTADET assumed command during the run down the backstretch, was unable to be persevered with when the rider lost his irons on the far turn, and was unable to reach the winner when the real test came. MONKEY WRENCH was unable to improve his position when set down for the drive. CHERWELL was outdistanced early. HUNTING FOX. forced to take up to avoid the fall at the eleventh fence, failed to recover. BLANDYSTONE and NIGHT PATROL went dowr at the eleventh obstacle. MISS WEESIE held sway to the stretch after assuming a clear early advantage, shortened stride when hard hustled through the late stages, but lasted to outfinish REVOLVE. The latter responded readily when shaken for the drive and rapidly was getting to the leader. BLUE GREEN worked her way forward to attain a contending position entering the stretch and finished determinedly. LOVELY KATIE closed resolutely and perhaps would prefer a longer distance. CARRY THE NEWS lacked ample racing room during the run into the first turn. BLUE IDLE, much used early, had little left. CEDAR JUNGLE began tardily and lost ail chance. CONFEDERACY quit SODATORE retired steadily after flashing brief speed. CLOSE PLAY raced wide. ROSALEEN never threatened. EVENING OUT, a sharp factor from the start, reached near even terms with FASCINATOR midway in the final furlong and wore down the latter in the concluding stride. FASCINATOR went to the front soon after the start, maintained a slight advantage when set down for the drive and, though attempting to bear in during the late stages, held on tenaciously. CLEAR DAWN responded gamely when shaken, but failed to seriously endanger the leaders. ANEGADA failed to stay. MAINSAIL, bothered slightly leaving the gate, passed tiring horses. SUPERUPPER was unable to keep up. TOPS dropped from contention soon after the start. WHEN IN ROME tired. SITTING DUCK failed to recover after being impeded at the break. ARCAVE was reserved back of the pace while in the clear, went to the front with a rush when ready and continued on gamely under a steady hand ride. GLORIETTE was taken back immediately after the start, responded willingly when roused entering the stretch and finished with good courage.
