Pinkstaff Escapes Serious Injury BEULAH PARK, Grove City, Ohio, May 27. — Jockey Donald Pinkstaff, who was thrown heavily when the two-year-old Grand Bar jumped the outer fence during the third race Tuesday, suffered no broken bones in the mishap but will take a few days vacation to shake the effects of the spill. Pinkstaffs right arm was badly bruised and at first thought broken but further X-rays revealed no fissure of the arm.
