Stewards1 Rulings SUFFOLK DOWNS, East Boston, Mass., June 25. — The local stewards here issued the following ruling: "Jockey Joseph DeLucia, rider of Donalds Gal, is suspended for the remainder of the meeting: and his case is referred to the Massachusetts State Racing: Commission, with the recommendation that the suspension be continued through July 7th, for allowing his mount to come over and shut off Lady Bent at the far turn in the third race, June 24." MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J., June 25. — The stewards this afternoon issued the following- ruling: j "Jockey Elwood Zulker is suspended for 10 racing days for careless riding after leaving the gate on June 23, during the first race. His suspension runs from June 25 through July 6, 1953, inclusive." DETROIT RACE COURSE, Livonia, Mich., June 25. — The board of stewards ruled: "Jockey Carroll Bierman is suspended for the remainder of the meeting, June 27 to August 1, inclusive, for rough riding in the third, fourth -and fifth races, June 24." WOODBINE PARK, Toronto, Ont., June 25.—The stewards made the following ruling: "Trainer Robert Adams is fined 0 for entering Belle Rue in the third race for Thursday, June 25, for which the horse is not eligible." _ j WOODBINE PARK, Toronto, Ont., j June 25. — By order of the stewards, "Trainer W. Turner is fined 5 for entering the horse Wolseley in the fifth race for Friday, June 26th, when said horse was still on the veterinarians list."
