New Jersey Notes MONMOUTH PARK, Oceanport, N. J.J 25. Bob Roberts, just discharged from the Veterans Administration Hospital at East Orange, N. J., where he had been confined since December, has taken over the engagement book of jockey J. A. Regalbuto for the Monmouth Park meeting. Regalbuto returns to action Friday after serving a 10-day suspension. General manager Edward J. Brennan has ordered a new room created in the Monmouth Park jockey quarters at the request of the .riders. The new enclosure will be just a few steps away from the steam room and jockeys who have gone through a weight-reducing schedule may then move into the new section to relax and sleep if they wish. Monmouth Parks film patrol has cut developing time to two minutes and a half, and pictures of the races are ready to show to the stewards in that short space of time. Since the adoption of the film patrol time has steadily been shaved, and pictures are now available for the scrutiny of the stewards even before the arrival of the elevator which carries them from the roof to the film headquarters. Mrs. Sam Lewins Right Bit, a son of Wait A Bit — Right Off, who finished second to I Appeal in the Bowie Kindergarten Stakes, has recovered from bucked shins and is back in training with the Tyro and Sapling stakes his next major objectiyesT
