I Baltimore Orioles Down To Maximum Player Limit BALTIMORE, Md., May 12 UP. The Baltimore Orioles got down to the 25-player limit today by selling outfielder Don Lenhardt to the Boston Red Sox, releasing pitcher Vern Bickford outright and optioning catcher Darrell Johnson and pitcher Mike Lyzka to Richmond of the International league. As part of the Lenhardt deal, Boston will transfer Stan Hollmig from its Louisville farm club in the American Association to Richmond. The Orioles got the right to add Hollmig, former Philadelphia Phillies "bonus" kid, to their own roster next year. No cash details were announced.
