Stewards Rulings BELMONT PARK, Elmont, L. T., N. Y., May 14. The stewards issued the following ruling: here today: "Jockey Henry Moreno is suspended for 10 racing days, effective Saturday, May 15 to Wednesday, May 26, inclusive, for failing to maintain a straight course during the running of the first race on Thursday, May 13." PIMLICO, Baltimore, Md., May 14. The Maryland Racing Commission has I suspended Earl S. Fletcher, Negro trainer, who allegedly abandoned two horses at Bowie last fall for three years, the suspension to start as of that month in 1953. Witnesses before the racing commission were Foy Allen of the TRPB and trainer Hubert "Dynamite" Kerr, who cared for the horses when their plight was discovered. Former jockey R. J. Martin who is under a 10-year suspension by the Maryland Commission was refused a new hearing at Thursdays meeting. WHEELING DOWNS, Wheeling, W. Va., May 14.- The stewards issued the following ruling here today: "Jockey Ray Arduini is fined 5 for crowding the field at the far turn while astride First Boston in the eighth race Thursday." DUFFERIN PARK, Toronto, Ont., May 14. By order of the stewards, the following ruling was posted "Jockey William J. Hawksworth is suspended for five days May 17-21, inclusive for failing to keep his mount straight after leaving the starting gate in the third-race on Thursday, May 13." FORT MIAMI, Maumee, Ohio, May 13. The stewards today made the following ruling: "For making a frivolous claim of foul against the winner. Lone Degree, in the fifth race on Wednesday, May 12, jockey Henry Ford is hereby fined 5."
