Commission Rulings Reported to Daily Racing Form SHENANDOAH DOWNS, Cha-rles Town, W. Va., May 13. — The West Virginia State Racing Commission issued the following rulings under date of May 5: "Henry Henschel, Route 22, Wirig-dale, New York, owner of the horse", Jim Fields, disqualified winner of the first race at Charles Town on.February 5, 1959, has refunded the winning purse money and his suspension is hereby terminated. "The suspension: given by the stewards to James R. Williams, R. F. D. 3, Al-ford, Massachusetts, trainer of the horse, Jim Fields, disqualified winner of the first race on February 5, 1959, has been amended to terminate July 5, 1959."
