Ak-Sar-Ben Inaugural Draws 27 Nominations, 0#000 Event to Headline Tomorrows Opening Program OMAHA, Nebr. 13. — May — Twenty-seven nominations have been received for the 0,000 Inaugural Handicap, six-furlong feature for four-year-olds and upward, which will feature Fridays opening program of the Ak-Sar-Ben 37-day meeting. Racing secretary Lou Eilken stated that the nomination list includes all the top performers on the grounds and an excellent renewal is in prospect. Last year the Inaugural was run in two divisions. The nominations closed Tuesday, weights are to be announced late today, with declarations by 9:00 a. m. Thursday.
