Case; bred by W. G. Talbot. IN GATE— 6:02. OFF AT 6:02 EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME. Start good. Won driving. WILD RIDE, nicely rated while maintaining a striking position early, was sent up to challenge on the final turn and disposed of DRAKES DRUM in midstretch. The latter, hustled to a long lead early, could not withstand the winner and just lasted for the pace. LORD GREGOR lacked his usual speed away from the gate and responded only mildly when set down. VELOZ II. rallied belatedly. TENDER MORSEL got through between horses initiating his run leaving the backstretch, but could not reach contention. DOSHAY was never a factor. ROYAL FLOAT was through early. DAUBLEN was always far back. Overweight— Lord Gregor, 1 pound. Attendance, 18,339; Total Mutuel Pool, ,892,718. .
