Stewards Rulings CHURCHILL DOWNS, Louisville, KyM May 13. — The stewards issued the following rulings: "Apprentice jockey Roland Vincifora is .suspended 10 days, May 15 -May 24, inclusive for careless riding in the first race, May 12, 1959. "Jockey Vidal Guajardo is suspended 10 days, May 15-May 24, inclusive for rough riding in the sixth race, May 11, 1959." GARDEN STATE PARK, Camden, N. J., May 13. — The stewards here today issued the following ruling: "Jockey Howard Grant is fined 00 for reporting late to the jockey room, May 13th, 1959, Garden State Park." ASCOT PARK, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, May 13. — The stewards issued the following rulings here today: "Trainer William Russell is fined 00 for fighting in the stable area on Saturday, May 9, 1959. "Groom Chester W. Bright TRPB No. 99290 is fined 5 for intoxication and causing a disturbance in the stable area on Saturday, May 9, 1959. "Jockey A. Grogan is suspended for the remainder of the Ascot Park, 1959 meeting commencing Friday, May 15, 1959 for rough riding in the eighth race on May 11, 1959." MAUMEE DOWNS, Maumee, Ohio, May 13. — The stewards today issued the following rulings: - "Jockey Raymond D. Royston is suspended five days, from May 15 to May 20, inclusive, for careless riding away from the gate in the fourth race of May 12, 1959. "Jockey Sergio Sanchez is suspended five days, from May 15 to May 20, inclusive, for careless riding away from the gate in the fifth race of May 12, 1959."
