Longden Misses Connections HOLLYWOOD PARK, Inglewood, Calif., May 13. — Jockey Johnny Longden, who flew to Canada Saturday .night, after winning the Debonair stakes aboard Ole Fols to attend a sports dinner at Calgary, Alberta, failed to make proper connections for his return and therefore did not ride Tuesday. Johns wife Hazel notified presiding steward Wendell Cassidy that racings winning-est rider was unable to get back but that he us expected to be on hand tomorrow.
