DOUBLRAB was sent into command at the start and displayed high speed while saving ground, then shook off opposition in the stretch and was under pressure at the Finish. PARASANG wormed his way up steadily and, on the outside in the stretch, finished with a rush. OVERDRAWN, in nearest pursuit of the pace from the start, was unable to menace the leader when urged. COL. TEDDY was kept on the outside entering the stretch, but finished well. IMPERATRICE was taken under restraint when outrun, only to hang at the end. AUGURY had no mishaps. BAY VIEW bore out entering the stretch and was worked out an additional eighth. SHERIFF CULKIN broke sluggishly. SIXTH RACE 1 1-4 MILES. WHIRLA W A Ywas steadied along to the middle of the back stretch, where he began to improve his position, was taken outside entering the stretch and, responding when urged, finished fast to wear down the leadefs and drew away. SWING AND SWAY came over quickly to the inside after the break, was rated along steadily and then, under urging, shook off OLYMPUS and was under pressure to the end. ATTENTION was well up under restraint, moved up when urged, only to hang at the finish. THE RHYMER was under mild restraint and then, under urging, made up ground slowly. PAPERBOY drifted toward the outside when settled on the back stretch and was brought back in and showed a good effort. TOLA ROSE had no mishaps. WALLER was outrun.
