June 24.— Things are going to be a "little different. at the Ak-Sar Ben race track on Friday, July 4. On that day the ,000 Omaha Handicap, named in honor of the "Triple Crown" winner of 1935, will have its first running over six furlongs. In addition to the big end of the purse, the winning owner will receive a beautiful silver tray. Omaha, who is now standing on Grove Porters farm at Nebraska City, will come up to see the race, accompanied by Porter and his son, Morton. Omaha, now in his twentieth year, will be paraded in front of the grandstand for all to see. If weather permits Omaha will serve as "honorary steward" and will watch the running of the race from the winners circle. 0
