Young Joins Columbus Citizen COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 31.— Clarence Young, veteran Columbus- newsman who has been covering Ohio racing for 27 years, has joined the staff of the Columbus Citizen, Scripps-Howard affiliate here. He resigned from the Cincinnati Times-Star last week.
