Commission Rulings Reported to Dailt Racihc Form TORONTO, Ontario, Canada, May 30. The Ontario Racing- Commission issued the following1 orders Wednesday: "Owner Gerald Raymond, being: the owner of the horse Whirling- Home which won in a dead heat the sixth race at Old Woodbine Park on May 21, 1957, and was subsequently found to have the urine sample taken from it disclose the presence of a drug of the nature of Procaine, is held blameless and all horses owned by him, having been placed in the care of a trainer approved by the commission, arc in good standing and eligible to race in Ontario, effective immediately. "Trainer David ONeill Brown is suspended for two months, effective immediately for, being the trainer of the horse Whirling Home, failing properly to protect the horse and guard it against the administration of a medication or drug: in that the analysis of the urine sample taken after Whirling Home had won in a dead heat the sixth race at Old Woodbine Park on May 21, 1957, disclosed the presence of a drug of the nature of Procaine. The action of the stewards in suspending trainer David ONeill Brown and referring the matter to the commission is approved. "Groom Alexander Mclver is suspended for two months, effective immediately for, being the groom of the horse Whirling Home, failing properly to protect the horse and guard it against the administration of a medication or drug in that the analysis of the urine sample taken after Whirling-Home had won in a dead heat the sixth race at Old Woodbine Park on May 21, 1951, disclosed the presence of a drug of the nature of Procaine. The action of the stewards in suspending groom Alexander Mclver and referring the matter to the commission is approved. "Groom Alexander Mclver is suspended for one month for being under the influence of liquor in the winners circle immediately after the sixth race at Old Woodbine Park, -when in charge of the horse Whirling Home, effective July 27, 1957. "Augustin Lalonde of Penetangui-shene, Ontario, is ruled off the turf for failing to answer letters sent to him by the commission."
