KITTYS RIVAL, easily best, took command shortly after the start, increased her lead gradually and won as her rider pleased. STEINBUCHEL broke fast, was closest to the winner all the way and held on well. FAVORITE CHILD lacked early speed in the stretch, met with interference from STEINBUCHEL in the last eighth and was going well at the end. BOB BRUCE had no excuses. The rest were never contenders. MISS COMING closest to the winner for the first, half mile,, tired badly in the last eighth, OKLAHOMA FARMER had no excuses. STONE BROOK tired. THISTLE NIRA raced well for a half mile. SARAH JUSTICE, showing pood speed all the way, took command on the lower turn, held on gamely under punishment and outlasted TWO DEMAND. The latter broke fast, took a short early lead, dropped back on the lower turn, responded gamely to urging and held on well. SAYLOMA, in close quarters shortly after the start, saved ground during the last quarter mile and was going gamely at the end. SUN DOG showed a good effort, but -was tiring at the end. OXFORD LAD lacked his usual early speed, but was going gamely at the end. NEVADA SAGE tired badly in the last half mile. DESSNER showed a good effort and will improve. OLD NICK lacked early speed and beat tired horses at the end. JUST HIGH tired badly. AUNT MARIE forced a fast early pace, lost ground on the lower turn, came on in the stretch and outlasted MUCKER. The latter, away poorly and far back early, saved ground in the stretch and was going well at the end. SWEEPOGAN showed early speed, bore out badly on the lower turn and tired in the last eighth. DISAPPROVAL, lucky in the early running, saved ground all through the run in the back stretch, drew away into a good lead on the lower turn, but had to be shaken up in the stretch to hold BLUE FOAM safe. The latter, away well, took the lead at the first turn, was under restraint when outrun by the winner, came on again in the stretch and was wearing the winner down. MISS MOO, far back early, saved ground on the lower turn, closed gamely on the inside and finished fast. MISS HUTCHESON was outrun. LAKAR quit. LADY BRACADALE howed brief early speed. PRINCE BALLOT, much the best, was far back the first three-quarters, saved ground on the lower turn, came between horses in the stretch, wore down the leaders and drew clear near the end. THISTLE ACE, also far back early, slipped through on the inside on the lower turn and, moving up gamely, was going well at the end. GENERAL BOY moved into contention rapidly, took command entering the stretch, drew clear in the last eighth, but tired in the last sixteenth. ADIOS AMIGO moved up fast in the back stretch, lost ground on the lower turn and tired in the stretch. VAN HASTINGS drew away into a big lead in the first quarter mile, bore out badly on the lower turn and tired in the final drive.: Overweight Locket, .1 pound. Corrected weight Adios Amigo, 114.
