9,000 MILES FOR OPERATION NEW YORK, N. Y., June 25 Kelvin Rogers, 3 years of age, a native of Melbourne, Australia, swallowed a nail some eighteen months a i and the obstacle lodged in one of his lungs. Doctors advised that he travel to America and have it removed, as they feared the lung would be punctured eventually. The youngster arrived here Wednesday, completing his long trip like a veteran. After a short rest he was to proceed to Philadelphia to undergo his first examination by Dr. Chevalier Jackson of Temple University, who will do this delicate bit of surgery.
