TW0 ADDITIONAL SALES ON OCT. 29 AND NOV. 4 JNpTON. Ky., Oct 8.-The distribution m of the catalogue for the E. J. Tranter auction of 670 thoroughbreds at Lexington Sales Paddock the week beginning Monday. October 19, began today. It is the largest catalogue ever issued for a sale in Kentucky within the long experience of Mr. i ranter, who today announced two other sales following this at Lexington. The first or these will be "horses in training sale" at Empire City track on October 29, at which Percy M. Pike has authorized the sale of all his horses in the East. The string embraces Supply House, Ebony Lady, Vitox and . the two-year-olds Whisk Lad, Swift Flash, Bakerstown, OH Operator, Insistent and Geologist The other sale will be held at Walnut HAH Farm, Boyce, Va.. on November 4, when the horses of the late Mrs. Kathcrine Elkins Hitt will be sold, as will also a draft from the stud of Dan C. Sands.
