LEADING RIDER AT LAUREL LAUREL, Md., Oct. 8. By riding Little Maxie, Wise Sister and Snobby Scamp to victory at Laurel on Wednesday, jockey H. Lo Blanc, promising apprentice, became the leading rider of the meeting with eight winners.
