M. DZIEDZIECH NOW M. MARKS SALEM, N. H., Oct 8. The New Hampshire Racing Commission acted favorably on the applications for licenses for trainers R. Mcllvaine, E. Mathews and I. Breckenridge. The commission also granted an apprentice license to Michael Marks, who is in the employ of M. Ashijian. Marks has ridden iir numerous races, but has yet to win. Marks formerly rode under his family name of Dziedziech. However, as some difficulty was found in putting his name on the jockey board he had it changed to Marks.
