RULINGS OF OMAHA STEWARDS OMAHA, Neb., June 17. The Omaha stewards handed down three rulings Thursday. They fined trainer E. S. Holder 10 for having Watch In late in the paddock for the third race Wednesday; suspended jockey Lowe for three days for all mounts except those of his employer for erratic riding on Roger Witch Wednesday, and denied jockey Eddie Johnson admission to any part of the grounds.
