YOUNG FEMININE OWNER LATONIA, Ky., June 17 Miss Susan E. Kellogg, daughter of Mrs. R. J. Murphy by a previous marriage, is probably the youngest feminine owner of thoroughbreds in racing at present. The twelve-year-old Evansville girl has seen her Lucy score two straight victories at Latonia. Others owned by the youngster are Accordian and Flying Spirits, and also she has several turned out at her mothers farm, which will be put back in training for campaigning at Dade Park.
