RIVERSIDE CROWD LARGE Mondays At tendance of Goodly Proportions Inaugural Dash to Speedy Pandonna. ; KANSAS CITY, Mo., June 21. Mondays racing at Riverside Park was conducted over a track lightning-fast, and good fields paraded to the post in the majority of the races.- The weather, which was extremely hot, was tempered somewhat by a cool breeze that swept in from the north. The crowd was extremely large for a Monday and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoons sport. The Woolword Farms Pandonna was returned an easy winner of the first race, which was at five furlongs and framed for maiden two-year-olds, and nine of that age went postward. The winner, which left the post last, was forced to lose much ground while moving into contention, but showed such a good burst of speed that after the field had gone a half mile she was but a neck behind the pacemaker, Temperamental. As the field swung into the stretch Pandonna had taken command and Ben Kyger was moving up gamely. Inside the final eighth Pandonna gradually increased her advantage until, at the end, she was five lengths in the van of Ben Kyger, which closed gamely to take the place. Mr. Mickey finished gamely in the closing sixteenth and easily -wore down the tiring Temperamental for the minor portion of the purse.
