TAKE PURSE FROM CHORWAY MOVE UP SEA CHARMER CHARLES TOWN, W. Va., June 21. The stewards of the Charles Town Jockey Club today took the purse won by Chorway on June 17 and gave it to S. Presgraves Sea Charmer, as a result of their finding that the first-named wasnt a maiden, therefore ineligible for the race. The National Steeplechase and Hunts Associations records show that Chorway won a race on the flat on May 15 at Rose Tree, Pa. Under rule 11 .of the West Virginia Racing Commission,, the protest filed by trainer Claude Feltner on- behalf of Sea Charmer was allowed. H.. .B. Langdohs Double On Sea, Mike Hacketts Dunpris and N. J". Fillmans Walmiss were awarded second, third and fourth money, respectively.
