DISPERSING MURNAN HORSES Sixty Head to Be Auctioned Off at Columbus, Ohio Fair Grounds on Wednesday, June 30. COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 21. Sixty horses, the" property of the late Maurice Patrick "Pat" Murnan, widely-known sportsman pt this city, will be offered for sale at auction here Wednesday, June 30. The sale will be in charge of S. D. Hudson, of WiHoughby, Ohio, and will be conducted in the Coliseum of the Ohio State Fair Grounds, site of the famous horse show in connection with the Ohio State Fair. In addition to the horses to be sold here, the thirty thoroughbreds now in training at Latonia" track will be offered in a paddock sale there Monday, June 28. All but five of these are two-year-olds. Recently they were transferred to Mrs. A. L. Taylor, wife of the trainer of the stable, by court order on a contract sale to permit them to be raced. Over thirty mares, some of them with foals of the year at their side, are scheduled to be sold. There are also seven stallions, five of which may be sold to the Remount Bureau of the U. S. Army as a lot. In addition there are fifteen horses of racing age and four yearlings.
