t SKELLYS WIDOW WINS SUIT NEW YORK, N. Y., Oct. 10. The New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad made a settlement with Eunice Skelly, wife of the late Hal Skelly, stage comedian, shortly after her suit against the company began in federal court. According to the agreement, the widow will receive ,500 damages. Skelly was killed at West Cornwall, Conn., in June, 1934, when a truck in which he was riding collided with a train.
