PAWTUCKET POST TIME 1:15 Kirby Ramsey Ships Fourteen Horses to Rhode Island Track From Latonia Course. PROVIDENCE, R. I., Oct. 10. With Rhode Island back on standard time after a two-weeks extension of daylight savings time to speed hurricane recovery work, Narragansett will advance post time to 1:15. The "Daily Double" will again be on the first and second races and the "Daily Double" windows will close at 1 oclock. Passes issued for the summer meeting at Narragansett will be honored at the fall meeting which starts Thursday, October 13, and continues through November 12. Season badges lost or destroyed will be replaced upon written application to the racing association. Kirby Ramsey brought fourteen head to Narragansett from Latonia, arriving late last night, nine hours late because of interrupted train service. Mucho Gusto, returning to the scene of his early triumphs, heads the Ramsey and Coppage string. Others are Morde-cai, Jocks Betsy, Indian Head, Flyahcad, Dolly Whisk, Bow and Arrow, Birdlea, Pala-mede, Brandon Prince, Stella Mc, Feng and Helmor. Ed McCuan is here with ten useful platers, including Personable, Hit and Run, Cania, Catch Fly, West Wichita, Our Bud, Carus Clarus, Harpen Belle, Lady Sara and Find On. McCuan has leased the services of Sammy Williams, leading apprentice rider of the country. Williams will ride at Narragansett during the entire meeting.
