WARNED ON OVERWEIGHTS NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 25. A warning to jockey agents has been posted in the vestibule of the racing secretarys office by the stewards not to accept mounts in cases where the rider is more than two pounds above the carded weight. The text of the caution follows: "All jockey agents are held responsible for the weights of the boys they represent. Any agent accepting mounts that are more than two pounds over the weight carded without the consent of the owner or trainer, will be fined 0.00 for the first offense, for a second offense license will be suspended."
