BALASKI GOING TO FLORIDA NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 25. Jockey Lester Balaski, New Orleans reinsman, who rode for Mrs. John Hertz throughout the summer, is here on a visit and stated that he will leave for Miami, Fla., next Wednesday, where he will report to the Brookmeade iStable to ride for the winter season.
