SUSPEND JEWISH EMIGRATION BERLIN, Germany, Nov. 25. Emigration of German Jews was temporarily suspended today as officials, pointing out that foreign nations had not thrown open their gates to refugees, renewed onslaughts against the United States. A state of uncertainty prevailed in foreign consulates pending clarification of the German governments Intentions regarding the 00,000,000 fine imposed on Jews for the killing of a Reich diplomat in Paris. Visas to foreign nations were held up while the consulates sought more definite information on the fine, which involves a twenty per cent assessment on all the Reichs Jews fortunes from the German government.
