RECALL GERMAN ATTACHE PARIS, France, Nov. 25 Lieut.-Gen. Erich Kuhlenthal, German military attache, has been recalled to Berlin, it was learned today. French quarters felt his recall is due to the reports on the strength of the French army he supplied to Berlin during the September central European crisis. Reports said Kuhlenthal is likely to face military oblivion. Kuhlenthal, here for six years, is dean of German military attaches.
