WEISS NEW ORLEANS VISITOR NEW ORLEANS, La., Nov. 25. E.Bernard Weiss of Shreveport, vice-president of the Louisiana State Fair, which recently sponsored the successful twenty-five day race meeting at the Shreveport track, came down for the inaugural program. He was accompanied by his wife and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Katzenstein, also of Shreveport. Weiss still is enthusiastic over the success of the recent Shreveport session, which marked a new high for racing in that sector.
