MAKE USE OF SAGEBRUSH SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, Nov. 25. Sagebrush, which covers millions of acres of unproductive lands in the West, may be used to provide a useful oil and form the basis of a new industry. In four years of experiments, the chemistry department of the University of Utah has perfected methods of distilling sagebrush blooms and leaves into an essen-j tial oil that may be used for cosmetics and medicines.
