AMBASSADOR WILSON ARRIVES NEW YORK, N. Y., Nov. 25. Hugh R. Wilson, whose personal report to President Roosevelt on Nazis persecution of minorities will contribute much toward moulding future relations between the United States and Germany, late yesterday reached the American shores to which he has been summoned at the direction of the Chief Executive. Wilson, United States Ambassador to Germany, may confer briefly with Secretary of State, Cordell Hull, before departing for Warm Springs, Ga., to give Mr. Roosevelt a first hand account of Nazi oppression of Jews and Catholics.
