TO UNVEIL ROGERS MEMORIAL WASHINGTON, D. C, April 5. Plans in Congress have been completed for a resolution authorizing the unveiling of a statue in memory of the late Will Rogers, cowboy-humorist of Oklahoma, in the rotunda of the Capitol. The date for the unveiling has been set for June 6 by the Will Rogers Memorial Commission.
