L. KNAPP SUSPENDED SAN BRUNO, Calif., April 5. The Tan-foran stewards made another ruling against a jockey, their third in two days, when they .suspended L. Knapp for the rest of the meeting for rough riding in the sixth race, Tuesday. Knapp, was on Tornillo.
