VETERAN TURFMAN FOUND DEAD HOT SPRINGS, Ark., April 5 Charles H. Neal, 60, of Baltimore, a former race horse owner and trainer, was found dead Monday from a broken neck. Authorities said he ended his own life. Neal had been in Hot Springs for two years and had been under .treatment at a clinic here.
