VETERAN MARE NYANZA DIES LEXINGTON, Ky., April 11. W. B. Millers 14-year-old brown mare Nyanza, by Negofol, from Uvonia, died this morning after foaling a dead foal. Nyanza was the dam of the good horse Maeriel, winner of ten races and 9,360, including the Mayflower, Bouquet, Belmont Park Juvenile Stakes, Miami Beach Handicap, etc.
