BRITISH LEAVE PALESTINE JERUSALEM, Palestine, April 11. Great Britains preparedness measures extended to the Near East today when large forces of British troops, recently quartered in Palestine, were ordered to return to their posts in Egypt. The detachments affected include three battalions of infantry and a mechanized artillery unit.
