MIGHTY BUSY raced close to the pace from the start and, moving up fast when urged, took the lead and won drawing away at the finish. HIGH BETSY was placed under pressure on the far turn and, moving up gamely, finished well, but did not menace the winner. PINE TAG was away slowly, met with repeated interference and closed on his own courage at the end. LYCONNA showed good form throughout. MARGIE WRACK was sent into command at the start, showed speed and had no mishaps. PARVIN finished well from a slow start. WALMISS showed good form. DUCHESS DEL lacked speed. GOLDEN WAND could not reach the leaders. WALONDY tired. MARTHA H. showed early speed. GEORGETOWN was never dangerous. The latter was sent into command at the start, showed speed while saving ground and had no mishaps. SLEEPY HOWARD made up ground from a slow start. MAEBEAU raced evenly and saved ground. CAMARADERIE had no mishaps. JAMES PAL tired in the stretch. COULEEDAM raced evenly throughout. CARNAGE had no mishaps. HIBLAZE quit. LUCKY JEAN showed earlv speed. WISE COUNSEL refused to start. DONNAGINA was sent into command after the start and showed early speed, but tired in the closing eighth. SNOBBISH LADY, under steady restraint in the early stages, was roused sharply in the stretch and outlasted MINY MO. The latter dropped out of contention after the start, went to the, outside in the stretch and closed a gap. POMPEYS ROSE raced greenly and had no mishaps. Scratched Circus Wings, 116. SHORT CAKE, oh the outside of the leaders on tha far and stretch turn, faltered under pressure; MANY FLAGS showed good, form throughout. MYSTIC !SLE was sent up on the outside rounding the far turn, losing ground and then could not menace the leaders at the finish. PHARA BELLE tired steadily under urging. BULLET B. lacked early speed. The latter was restrained in the early racing, then moved up fast and, taking the lead under urging, held on gamely to the Finish. SCORIA was under snug restraint when outrun and, losing ground on the stretch turn, closed resolutely. HELENS LAD showed a good performance, but went wide into the stretch, losing much ground. MACMAC, from a slow beginning, finished with a rush on the outside. MISS PONNE was roused in the stretch, but could not menace the leaders. ROCKY MEADOW lacked speed from the start.
