BINGLIN SIGNS KTJRTSINGER LOS ANGELES, Calif., May 17.— Jockey Charley Kurtsinger, the "Flying Dutchman" of the turf, will arrive at Hollywood Park, Monday, from Kentucky, to ride during the forthcoming summer meeting as contract pilot of the Binglin Stock Farm stable of Bing Crosby and Lin Howard.
